Fixed departures, arrival buffers and what the package covers

Every trip below leaves on a set date with a set group size. We publish the full timetable first, then the cost lines, so you can check the transfer legs and the night-by-night plan before you commit to a departure.

01Fixed departures
Buses and minivans leave on the published date and hour. Seats are held only after a written confirmation from our coordinator.
02Arrival buffer
Each route keeps a 2 to 3 hour buffer between the arrival point and the first festival block, so a late border crossing does not cost you the opening set.
03Event entry
Event entry sits outside the package. Access follows the festival's own age and entry rules.

Prices are shown as a from estimate per person; the final quote is confirmed in writing. Dorm and campsite places may be mixed-gender, twin rooms are same-gender unless a group books the whole room.

02 / Itinerary

Day by day: Lviv to Krakow festival run

Fixed departures leave Thursday to Sunday. Every row shows the departure time, the leg and the buffer we hold before the festival block. Border crossing times are estimates and can move by 40 to 90 minutes.

    Coordinator hands over the trip pack, SIM cards and the printed schedule. Arrive 20 minutes early.

    Four hours on the road with one 20 minute stop. Luggage stays on board.

    Border crossing, Medyka to Shehyni

    Walk-through crossing on foot, 60 to 90 minutes on average. Keep your passport in hand.

    Coach to Krakow and accommodation check-in

    Three hours ten minutes, then dorm or campsite keys are issued at the desk.

    The coordinator walks the group to the gate and holds a meeting point for the return.

From €395 per person at four travellers in a dorm bed. A private twin room adds an estimated €70. Dorm and campsite places may be mixed-gender; twin rooms are same-gender unless your group books the whole room and we confirm it in writing.
