Terms of Service

1. Provider

We coordinate independent festival trips as a travel agent, not a tour operator, and do not operate transport, venues or accommodation. 2. Age

You must be 18 or older to book. Under-18 travellers need a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. Passport, visa, insurance and health details must be accurate.

3. Rooms

Prices may assume shared rooms or camping places. Roommates may be of any gender unless single or twin occupancy is bought. Special requests are not guaranteed.

4. Event entry

Festival timetables, line-ups and routes are controlled by third parties and may change. We pass on confirmed information and notify material changes. Event entry sits outside the package.

5. Payment

Prices are in the checkout currency. Payment is taken by the provider named at checkout; booking is confirmed only after payment and our confirmation. Cancellation and refund rules appear before payment. Mandatory rights apply under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. Promotional claims are accurate under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.

6. Complaints

Write to contact@advocatkyeiv.com or call +380 981 344 1024; we reply within 30 days. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or the courts under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. We are responsible for our coordination service, not for third-party providers, force majeure or losses not caused by us, to the extent law allows.

7. Data

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies need prior consent, withdrawable at any time, under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX, стаття 110.
