Festival names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Event entry, camping permits and accommodation are supplied by third parties under their own terms; their availability, rules and changes are outside our control.
Stay, travel and accommodation
- The stay, transfers and timetable are confirmed only by our written booking confirmation. Event entry sits outside the package.
- Accommodation is provided within the stated category; exact rooms, distances and facilities may vary.
- Itineraries, transport times and meeting points are indicative and may change due to traffic, border checks, weather or supplier decisions.
Insurance and entry documents
Travel and medical insurance is not included unless expressly stated. Visa, entry and identity document requirements are your responsibility; we give general information only, not legal or migration advice.
Prices and advertising
Prices cover only the items listed in the offer and may change before booking due to supplier costs or exchange rates. Promotional statements are identifiable, accurate and not misleading (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР). Travel services, contracts and safety information follow Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР.
Consumer rights and complaints
Pre-contract information on the service, price, terms and risks is given under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, стаття 7. Complaints: contact@advocatkyeiv.com, answered within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

Non-essential cookies and storage are used only with prior consent, withdrawable at any time (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX, стаття 110). Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI.
Liability limits
We are not liable for third-party acts, festival cancellation or line-up changes, or losses caused by incomplete documents, except where the law does not allow limitation.
