Every inquiry is read by a coordinator who builds the route by hand. The clearer your starting details, the fewer emails it takes before we can confirm a final quote in writing.

We answer route inquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time. Event entry sits outside every route and follows the festival's own age and entry rules.
03 / Inquiry
Tell us the festival, your dates and the size of your group. We answer with a written timetable, a shared accommodation option and a price marked as an estimate.
We reply within two working days. Read the response process and our contact details before you write.
After the inquiry is sent
Nothing is confirmed until the written quote is issued. Every stage below is marked with the working day it lands on, so you can plan around it instead of chasing us.
We return a route sheet listing fixed departures, arrival buffers and the festival block for your chosen dates. Where a transfer leg or a border crossing sits tight against the timetable, it is flagged in the same sheet rather than left for later.
The quote separates coordination, shared accommodation and transfers, and states the minimum participant number for the departure you picked. Figures are labelled as estimates until the final quote is confirmed in writing. Dorm and campsite beds may be mixed-gender; twin rooms stay same-gender unless the whole room is booked by your group.
You receive the change and cancellation terms with the quote, including what happens if a departure falls below minimum numbers or if an optional leisure module is dropped. Event entry sits outside the quote and follows the festival's own age and entry rules.
